Canadian/Egyptian Construction project management company opening in Egypt required the following : Strategy and Business Development Specialist Job Description/Responsibilities: • Develop long-term and short-term strategies for growth and success. • ⁠Utilize various analysis methods to formulate company strategy. • ⁠Define and articulate the company's vision, mission, and core values. • ⁠Establish annual objectives for each department and ensure alignment with the overall strategy. • ⁠Track progress against strategic objectives using the OGSM framework. • ⁠Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and evaluate their potential impact. • ⁠Manage internal projects, including implementing cost reduction plans. • ⁠ Create action plans and set SMART objectives for internal projects. • ⁠Demonstrate exceptional follow-up skills to ensure project progress and address issues promptly. • ⁠Streamline operations and workflow systems to improve productivity. • ⁠Design and implement reporting systems to monitor key metrics. • ⁠Review departmental compliance and report on results, recommending improvement steps. • ⁠Measure KPIs using departmental reports and analyze trends. • ⁠Implement industry best practices for continuous improvement and innovation. • ⁠Create reports and presentations that convey developments and insights. • ⁠Job Requirements Requirements: • ⁠Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field. • ⁠5-10 years of experience in strategy development and project management. • ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • ⁠Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • ⁠Proficient in using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI to create presentations and reports. • ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. • ⁠Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement process improvements. • ⁠Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
