Strategy and Business Development Specialist
Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Develop long-term and short-term strategies for growth and success.
• Utilize various analysis methods to formulate company strategy.
• Define and articulate the company's vision, mission, and core values.
• Establish annual objectives for each department and ensure alignment with the overall strategy.
• Track progress against strategic objectives using the OGSM framework.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and evaluate their potential impact.
• Manage internal projects, including implementing cost reduction plans.
• Create action plans and set SMART objectives for internal projects.
• Demonstrate exceptional follow-up skills to ensure project progress and address issues promptly.
• Streamline operations and workflow systems to improve productivity.
• Design and implement reporting systems to monitor key metrics.
• Review departmental compliance and report on results, recommending improvement steps.
• Measure KPIs using departmental reports and analyze trends.
• Implement industry best practices for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Create reports and presentations that convey developments and insights.
• Job Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in strategy development and project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI to create presentations and reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement process improvements.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
