UI/UX Designer Job (Full-Time, Onsite):
As a Full-Time UI/UX Designer based onsite, his role is essential in shaping captivating and user-centric digital experiences. Working closely with cross-functional teams, he will contribute to creating seamless interfaces that meet both user needs and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. User Research:
- Conduct comprehensive user research, gathering insights to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align user needs with business goals.
2. Wireframing and Prototyping:
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, iterating based on feedback.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of design implementations.
3. UI Design:
- Craft visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
4. User Testing:
- Plan and execute user testing sessions, incorporating findings into design iterations.
- Advocate for a user-first approach in all design decisions.
5. Information Architecture:
- Establish and refine information architecture, ensuring an intuitive user journey.
- Optimize content organization and structure for clarity and accessibility.
6. Interaction Design:
- Design interactive elements and transitions that enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure smooth implementation.
7. Prototyping Tools:
- Utilize industry-standard prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Stay updated on design tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in a full-time capacity.
2. Impressive portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, with an emphasis on collaboration.
4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and industry best practices.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in onsite teams.

7. Knowledge of web and mobile design standards.
