-Meet planned Sales goals
-Follow up on the collection of sales and other KPIs
-oversee the schedules, territories, and performance of the sales team
-Assign the targets and objectives to the team
-Handle customers escalations
-review team KPIs and align the team with reset goals
-Train, coach, and lead the on-ground team.
