Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience
- Preferably from 6th October and has his/her own transportation
-Strong creative design and time management skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of designing, preparing construction drawings & quantity surveying.
- Excellent ability to express ideas.
- Comprehensive knowledge of materials and construction methods.
- Capable of defining and meeting realistic timelines.
- Excellent knowledge of these software programs: AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D max (Vray) and Primavera or Excel.
Job Description:
- Develops conceptual designs, space planning, presentations, and design briefs.
- Has the ability to work at the office or monitor at the site when needed.
- Gathers necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts.
- Provides clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, the building site, and recent trends.
- Responsible for efficient and effective design of architectural/Interior Design works and preparation of drawings.
- Liaises as directed with consulting engineers, and/or contractors on all matters necessary for the implementation of the work program of the project.
- Controls project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
