Ticketing and Reservation agent (Travel Consultant)&team leader&Supervisor&call center manager&Quality Assurance
Job Description :-
- Responsible for reservations and ticketing through Amadeus System.
- Handles ticket issuance (Refund & re-issue)
- Dealing with all hotels booking systems.
- Handle inbound and outbound holidays packages for group and individual.
- Providing general and specific advice about different travel destinations.
- Handling Customer Requests and Inquiries Both by phone and by Email and Follow Up Customer Requests.
Job Qualifications :-
- Computer literate and proficient in using Amadeus System
- At least One year experience in reservations and ticketing travel agency for agent and more than 2 years for team leaders and supervisors
- Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shifts.
