Urgently Needed "Branch Manager"-(Retail-Fashion)
The Branch Manager is reponsible for all aspects of the Branch to make it a profitable contributor to the overall success of the company. This includes the management of staff, customer relations, sales, production inventory, budget management and adhereing and enforcing all company policies. Branch Managers are expected to handle internal company and external customer situations and needs as they occur on days, nights, or weekends in a professional manner to ensure the highest level of service.
The focus of this job is on achieving results which are aligned with the larger picture of the organization and its strategic goals. Initiative, coupled with a sense of competitive drive, and the ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions, is the key to achieving the performance objectives of this job.
Self-assurance, and the confidence to purposely drive toward results while constantly problem-solving and engaging the commitment of others is essential. A leadership style that is firm and goal oriented, and yet motivates, trains, and engages others in an enthusiastic way is important. The emphasis on building rapport and relationships with individuals and groups requires an outgoing, poised and persuasive communication style. Sales: take an active role in promoting new sales, work closely with inside sales staff to ensure that sales targets are met. Work in close collaboration with the Director of Sales and Outside Product Advisors to meet and exceed sales goals.
Production: ensure that every order is properly fulfilled, shipped and delivered on time.
Quality: ensure that every order and every customer interaction meets and preferably exceeds internal (QIST) and external (ISO) standards.
Inventory/Purchasing: ongoing monitoring of inventory and timely purchasing of supplies & materials must occur so as to never hold up production.
Profitability: maintain a profitable branch by reviewing expenses and expenditures in relation to inventory and sales.
Staff Management: maintain ongoing review and communication regarding staff performance, productivity, and expectations.
Human Resources: ensure all required paperwork is completed in timely fashion and employee issues are addressed promptly with input from Corporate HR
Associate’s degree preferred
(5) Five – (8) Eight Years Experience
Strong business management and supervisory experience and skills
Thorough understanding of products used in the rigging industry
Good negotiation skills
Strong working knowledge of computers and computer programs
Good understanding of relevant manufacturing processes
-Excellent customer service skills

- مؤهل عالى
- يجيد التحدث باللغة الانجليزية
- السن من ٣٠ – ٤٥
- القدرة علي القيادة والإقناع والتعامل مع المواقف الصعبة.
- اللباقة بالحديث - المظهر المتميز.
- التمكن والمعرفة المتميزة بمهام الوظيفة.
- يجيد التعامل مع الحاسب الآلي.
