It is included with this system, and is already installed. With 10 voice mail boxes. Expandable to up to 32 mailboxes. Up to 4 calls can be processed simultaneously. Occupies 2 digital station ports on your digital phone system. Provides 4 channels of connectivity, so that up to 4 calls can be processed simultaneously. Up to 4 independent businesses can share one system, while having completely different automated attendant menus. Auto attendant can answer and route in-bound calls when staff are unavailable to do so, or after hours, or at all times - it's the customer's choice.
