This position will manage the development and acquisition of multiple, high-value renewable energy power projects. He/she will conduct and lead business development and project evaluation activities in Middle East & Africa.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities: navigate large amount of information to come to a quick and effective decision.
Locating and proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Identifying trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements. Tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments and build a very solid network.
Screening potential business deals and growth opportunity for the company.
Presenting the company in a proper manner, showing a perfect knowledge of the sector (in general) and the services offered by ERCC. Identifying customer need and create tailor made solutions. Make decisions by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options.
Work together with customers and members of staff of the organization in promoting company’s values and ethics.
Make prompt report to management regarding customers’ response to company’s products

Extensive knowledge and experience with key project contracts;
Understanding of origination and experience with RFP processes;
Experienced in coordinating studies and project development activities to ensure project is progressing in accordance with schedule
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent experience;
At least 5+ years’ Project management and renewable energies development experience;
Good understanding of general business procedures, including sales and marketing, operations, inbound logistics, Information Technology, human resources, and business financing;
Excellent customer service orientation;
Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically;
Ability to develop strategic plans to grow the business;
Familiarity with development of processes and procedures (environmental, interconnection and transmission studies, ability to analyze and develop).
